Her Life

Mary L. Hunt, was born on August 14, 1939 to the parentage of Jim and Eva    Gray, in Clarksville, Red River County, Texas.  Mary was a well mannered, 

polite, and humbled child whose spirit was evident early that she wanted to help and serve others. 

Mary accepted Christ at an early age, and it was clear to everyone that new her, that God had a special call on her life.  She was a good example of a Virtuous Woman, a God Fearing woman.  She was a member of Community Bible Church, Dallas, TX   for over 20 years.  She later became a member of Agape International Fellowship, Dallas, TX , she was a member of the choir, a Sunday school teacher, and one of the Mother’s of the church, she remained a faithful member until her homegoing.

She worked for Texas Instruments, and retired after 25 plus years.  She went on and continued to work for, 4 amazing families, she became apart of their family and loving relationships were formed. 

She was preceeded in death by her parents, Jim and Eva Gray, her husband, James F. Hunt, her son, Bobby Davis Hunt, her grandson, Alvin “Fat Al’ Benson,

2 brothers, Charlie Gray, and Jimmy Lawrence Gray, 2 brother-in-laws, Clint Bagby, Wendell Nunley, 2 sister-in-laws, Lena Phillips and Edith Jenkins Starland,

2 nieces, Judy Lebby, Gwendolyn Simpson, 1 nephew, Lahadi Jere Lebby, 2 great nieces, Beverly Reed/very special to her, and Stephanie Wade, 1 great nephew, Alvin Roland Drake.

Please know, everyone was special and dear to her heart, but we would be here a week, still listing names.  She leaves to carry on her legacy, 3 sisters, Myrtle Faye (Henry) Warner, Erma Nunley of California, and Fairy Bagby, 5 daughters, Sandra Johnson, Linda (Billy) Miles, Alice (Charles) Walker of California,
